Once your design and construction documents are complete, we shift from planning to execution. Our build process is highly organized, tightly managed, and rooted in constant communication, so you always know what's happening on your project.
Estimating & Trade Pricing
Your finalized plans are sent to our internal project manager and estimator. Plans are shared with our trusted trade partners for pricing. We collect multiple bids in every trade category, and the most competitive pricing is used in our final proposal. All of our subcontractors are fully vetted, long-standing partners who meet Craig Tuttle Construction's standards.
